The 1st Annual King Township Tourism Awards is a reader’s choice award. Tourists/Day-Trippers and residents are invited to nominate businesses, which in their mind have gone above and beyond in terms of street presence and service to promote tourism.

Homework Help covers areas of study from Kindergarten to Grade 6 and features safe links to: Math, Science, Writing, Canadian Studies and Politics, Native Studies, Medieval; Egyptian, Roman and Greek times, as well as volcanoes and more.
Fun Stuff has safe, age-appropriate links for children from pre-school to Grade 3-4. It features coloring and games for pre-school; games for the lower grades, and games for kids up to Grade 5-6.
Family Fun offers links to regional resources for movies, theatre and local places, events and activities, as well as links to camp grounds, skiing etc.
Health and Help offers links to invaluable regional resources for children, families and the elderly, with a list of Medical Centres and Hospitals. It also provides links to information on asthma, allergies as well as safe links to chat rooms for the parents to ask questions and connect with other parents regarding the health of their children.
